- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is a review of reception not the incredible Dr Wegman. Do not book me in for a 4pm appointment and leave me waiting almost an hour! You should know how long appointments or procedures take and work out the doctors schedule accordingly! The receptionist saying 'he knows you're waiting - does not help' sort that out it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: Thank you to Dr Wegman for calling and apologising you are an absolute gentleman. (He was running late due to being in theatre)In no way is this score a reflection on his quality of care which is 5 star. I still believe reception needs work. They need to know how to update waiting patients instead of chit-chatting with each other and ignoring someone who sitting there for so long with no update what so ever until I asked.BRETTJune 20, 2017
