  Was given the correct information about my condition which I feel is important to state, Daniel is well across his field of studies. During my intial visit no warning about extra costs was mentioned. I was not made aware until checking my own account. Called the next day for a resolution at which he was too busy to talk. Was called two days later with nothing but an empty apology. Also lead me to believe I would highly benefit from ongoing massage therapy treatment which obviously would help but was not necessary. Went for a second opinion, was given much better service and made aware of all costs involved.

  They were very good up to a few years ago then they seemed to have change in staff - and went downhill. I found them less caring and not very client focused. I've changed to someone else and don't be going back.
