  First time at the practice today and I must say, reception staff were quite nice to me... I believe the two ladies I dealt with were Jackie and Bianca and they were quite humorous.. Not sure how others think they are rude. Saw a lovely doctor downstairs, blonde hair... I'd say they were very caring and nice. Unfortunate if you've had a bad experience. Good medical practice overall.

  Calling the reception staff "rude" is a gross understatement. Three were sat at the desk - two ignored me completely, chatting amongst themselves. The other was incredibly unhelpful and answered the phone while I was in the middle of asking a question. I was passed back and fourth between incompetent reception staff, before they finally told me I was unable to make an appointment without a physical Medicare card (even though I had the number and expiry date.) I asked if I was able to call Medicare to get verbal confirmation for them, which they refused. I have honestly never left a bad review, but after my experience with the staff at this practice, I felt I had to. Do yourself a favour and visit the Bulk Billing centre a couple of blocks down. The women working the desk here are imbeciles. And again, that's a gross understatement.
